How long has A&A been running?

We have been running since 2015. We started off supporting Care Leavers (16 to 25 year olds) then started supporting adults and elderly service users.
We have since supported children under 16.

What training is provided if I join as a staff member?

We provide NVQ level 2 3 and 5 (for those wanting to progress to management).
We also provide care certificate training, manual handling training, managing challenging behaviour and Positive Behavioural Support training.
We have other training modules that are available.
